Influence of ASCII

I just finished a the *final* draft chapter for the forthcoming book OISE-UT Paper in Technology Education called "The Influence of ASCII on the Construction of Internet-based Knowledge." If anyone wants to read it and provide any comments, that would be great.

Dave noted the problem with my saying that the japanese was written in ASCII. Someone noted this with a draft last year too, but I forgot to check my notes to fix it. I will.

As I told dave, yes, the japanese is encoded into hexidecimal or unicode. But the character set used is still based on ascii, not the russian, japanese, arabic or korean character sets.

I need to make this point in the paper though. Thanks Dave, and the other person, for pointing this out.

Fixed them. SO if you click on this and read it, you won't find them.
